About me
My name is Kalee, and I've been practicing nursing since 2012. I began my career as a bedside nurse in a high-volume hospital, specializing in Stroke and Critical Care .
In 2020, I transitioned into a nurse case manager at Hoag Hospital, focusing on discharge planning. It was there that I discovered my passion for helping patients and their families navigate the healthcare system during some of their most vulnerable moments.
As a Nurse Case Manager, I worked closely with medical teams and insurance providers to coordinate care, overcome barriers, and advocate for safe, appropriate next steps. Through my experience, I saw firsthand how overwhelming and complex healthcare can be- and how essential it is to have a knowledgeable advocate in your corner.
Today, I bring that experience to my clients, providing personalized medical advocacy, care coordination, and guidance so families can feel informed, supported, and confident in their decisions.
